The contest will run now through October 31, 2017. You can submit your entry in one of two ways:

1 - Bring in your pet’s photo directly to our hospital, located at:
25445 Narbonne Ave. in Lomita, CA.

2 - Email your photo to us at:
info@lomitapethospital.com

Don’t forget to include your pet’s name, a description of the costume and your name and phone number.
(By submitting your pet’s photo for this contest, you are hereby authorizing Lomita Pet Hospital to display your pet’s photo(s) along with your pet’s first name, in the hospital lobby, on our website and on our Facebook page).
There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prize. (Prizes to be determined). Costumes will be judged by LPH employees. Winners will be announced and contacted by Sunday, November 5, 2017. You do not have to be present to win.
